“In a world full of challenges, genuine change begins with a dream and a compassionate heart.” These words perfectly encapsulate Dr. Anushka Saxena’s journey and the birth of Sarvsambhaav Social Foundation in 2023. Dr. Anushka Saxena, the Honorary President of Sarvsambhaav Social Foundation is holding a Master’s degree in Neuro-Physiotherapy from renowned Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom. Additionally, she is an active consultant cum analyst in National Health System(NHS) and working as Specialist Physiotherapist in Neurodevelopmental disability , intellectual disability and mental health. Additionally Dr. Anushka is qualified Aquatic therapist (ATACP U.K)MCPC, HCPC . She is also presently working as consultant in the field of old-age rehabilitation management services being a dedicated social reformer since last one decade in United Kingdom.
With a firm commitment towards creating positive and significant transformations in Indian society, Dr. Anushka has undertaken a mission to bring about constructive and meaningful changes. Sarvsambhaav Social Foundation, her brainchild, swiftly carved a niche in both the social sector and the sustainability industry.
Dr. Anushka’s unwavering determination, coupled with her tender-hearted nature, fuelled her aspirations for a better world. Leveraging her education, experience, and exceptional skills, she channelled her passion into the creation of Sarvsambhaav Social Foundation, overcoming numerous challenges. Together with the Sarvsambhaav team, she exemplified the values of care, diligence, and empathy while strategizing and implementing transformative programs in India.
Dr Anushka’s true mettle shines through her ability to convert obstacles into opportunities. Through extensive research, she provided simple yet strategic solutions to old age as well as other age group communities in need, ensuring the availability of essential resources such as education, personal hygiene, sanitation, water conservation, and sustainable livelihoods. Her profound understanding of the social sector, coupled with her innovative thinking propelled Sarvsambhaav Social Foundation growing over the years in such short period. This organization, borne out of its ingenuity and commitment, has established itself as a prominent entity within the realms of both social development and sustainability.

Mrs. Archana Saxena

Mrs. Archana Saxena is a postgraduate in Philosophy with extensive professional experience in teaching and psychological counselling. With a strong academic foundation and a long-standing commitment to social responsibility, she formally entered the field of social service in 2015 by engaging with various social welfare organisations as a support-group volunteer.
Over the years, she has developed a deep understanding of social challenges faced by marginalized and underprivileged communities. Her exposure to grassroots work, combined with her academic and counselling background, has enabled her to design and implement effective, people-centric interventions.
As the Director of Sarvsambhaav Social Foundation, Mrs. Saxena provides strategic leadership and is responsible for conceptualising, planning, and executing programmes aimed at the upliftment of economically and socially weaker sections of society. Her role includes translating vision into actionable initiatives, ensuring structured implementation, and fostering meaningful impact across diverse community segments.
Guided by empathy, integrity, and a strong sense of purpose, Mrs. Saxena remains committed to contributing towards sustainable social development. Mr. Ajai Saxena is a qualified Civil Engineer with over four decades of distinguished professional experience across diverse engineering organisations. His career includes extensive service with the Indian Army and Central Armed Police Forces, along with significant exposure to reputed international work environments. This wide-ranging professional background has equipped him with strong leadership, operational discipline, and strategic execution capabilities.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Saxena has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to social responsibility and community service. He has long been driven by a strong personal conviction to support individuals and communities deprived due to social and economic constraints. This enduring sense of purpose inspired him to conceptualise and establish Sarvsambhaav Social Foundation in the year 2023.
Since the inception of the Foundation, Mr. Saxena, in his capacity as Executive Director, has been relentlessly dedicated to advancing its mission. He plays a pivotal role in organisational planning, programme execution, and overall governance, ensuring that the Foundation’s objectives are translated into impactful action.
